The voissy.com website is a market research service which offers you the opportunity to participate in online surveys in exchange for convertible points.

The terms set out below govern and apply to your subscription to the Voissy service, your use of the Panel website and your participation in any survey, project or other market research activity offered through us. By choosing to apply to become a Voissy user, you confirm and warrant that you are eligible to participate in the Panel, that you understand and make a legally binding promise to comply with this Membership Agreement.

You will understand how Voissy collects and uses your personal information in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our privacy policy, you must immediately stop using the services.

In case of non-compliance with these Terms, Voissy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and to claim damages to compensate for the prejudice suffered.

ACCEPTANCE
The User declares to have read and to have expressly and unconditionally accepted these Terms of Use in force on the day of access to its website and subscription to the Services offered by Voissy.
In order to use the Voissy website and take part in the surveys offered on it, you must have previously accepted these Terms, which you declare to have been read and fully understood . Otherwise, you agree to renounce the use of the Voissy website. You can consult the latest version of the Terms of Use at any time on the Voissy site.
Voissy holds the right to modify all, or part of these Terms of Use at any time. It is, therefore, up to the User to regularly refer to the latest version of the Terms of Use, which is permanently available on the voissy.com Site. Any use of the Services after modification of the Terms of Use, implies outright acceptance by the User of the new Terms of Use.

CONDITIONS OF ACCESS TO SERVICES
Voissy strives as far as possible to keep its website accessible 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, but may interrupt access, particularly for maintenance, upgrades, technical or any other reason. Voissy is in, no way, responsible for these interruptions and the consequences that may ensue for the User.
Voissy reserves the right to deny any User access to all or part of the www.voissy.com Site unilaterally and without prior notification, in particular in the event of a manifest violation of these Terms of Use.

• 1) Conditions of registration to Voissy:
  Registration is free. To register, you must meet the following conditions:
  
  
  
  • Be exclusively a natural person.

  • Be over 15 years old.
  
  For minors between the ages of 15 and 18, the prior consent of the parent or guardian is also required. Otherwise, Voissy will refuse to validate the registration to the minor.
  
  
  • Have a valid email address and password.
  
  Only one email address must be attached used per account. All notifications will be sent to the email address registered during the registration process on the Voissy website. A password for which you will be solely responsible, and which you undertake to change regularly in order to secure your connection.
  
  
  • The registration form must be fully completed with all the information requested by Voissy.

• 2) Conditions of participation to surveys:
  Once your registration is finalized, you will be invited by e-mail to participate in the surveys. You will be redirected to the Voissy website and then start participating in the survey. Before each participation in a survey, you will be informed of its approximate duration and the number of points allocated.
  You expressly agree that your survey responses may be used anonymously by Voissy, under the Terms explained in its privacy policy.
  


• 3) Rewards program:
  In return for your participation in our surveys, you are entitled to remuneration, in the form of "Voissy points". They are awarded for the level of participation in surveys, their attendance and loyalty, according to a scale indicated on the Site and in the invitation sent to your mailbox requesting participation in surveys.
  The points collected are convertible after reaching a minimum threshold of points according to the scale. These points can be redeemed according to the conditions detailed in the user account for a payment or a purchase voucher.
  These points have no market value. They can never be transferred to another user account nor exchanged or sold between users or to third parties.
  Voissy is entitled to modify this point allocation scale at any time, provided that users are informed in advance. This modification will not affect the number of points you have earned before this modification.
  

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The User acknowledges that Voissy is the only owner of the Intellectual Property Rights relating to the voissy.com Site.

Nothing of these Terms of Use can be interpreted as conferring on the User a license on Intellectual Property Rights, of which Voissy may have the property or the exclusive right of exploitation.

All the components constituting the voissy.com website and its pages (software, programs, tools, programming, navigation, etc.), databases, operating systems, documentation, updates updates and new versions that may be made; systems, software, source code, structures, infrastructures, databases, graphic elements, editorial content, texts, images, photographs, sound, logos, brands, and all other elements and services which compose it, ) are the property of Voissy (designed and supported by the company VOISSY SURVEY PANELS LLP) and are protected by all intellectual property rights in force and / or common law.

Voissy only grants authorization to view its Editorial Content for personal and private use, to the exclusion of any public viewing or dissemination.

Consequently, any representation, reproduction or extraction not authorized by Voissy of the Editorial Content or of its website as well as any other Intellectual Property Right is strictly prohibited under penalty of legal proceedings. The offender is liable to civil and criminal sanctions and, in particular ,to the penalties provided for in articles L. 335.2 and L. 343.1 of the Intellectual Property Code.

TERMINATION OF VOISSY MEMBERSHIP
This contract will come into force upon validation of the user registration sent by Voissyby email. It is concluded for an indefinite period. It may be terminated at any time without notice by the user and / or by Voissy.

Voissy may also, at any time, suspend or terminate the User's Account in the event of the user's breach of any of its commitments made hereunder, without prejudice to any other action for damages that Voissy could incur for the purpose of seeking fairly compensated the damage resulting from the mentioned breach for it.

In addition, User Points, already converted, will also be automatically and definitively canceled and no compensation will be due to the user.

In all cases of termination, for any reason whatsoever, the user's Voissy Points ,not yet converted ,will be automatically and definitively canceled and no compensation will be due.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
The User expressly acknowledges that he must exercise discernment in the use of the Editorial Content and bear all the risks relating, particularly when he relies on the expediency, the usefulness or the completeness of this Content Editorial, and must carry out any verification under his responsibility.

The voissy.com Site contains Hypertext Links to websites managed by third parties. Voissycannot exercise any control over these sites or assume any responsibility for their content. The insertion of these links does not mean that Voissyapproves the elements contained on these sites. Voissy cannot be held responsible for the content of these sites, and the fact that these sites are referenced on the voissy.com Site does not, in any way, engage the responsibility of Voissy. He consequently guarantees Voissy against any recourse related to a possible capture and / or use, by a third party, of any information concerning him.

By means of a Form or directly sent by Users to get to know them better and allow them to benefit from the Voice Specific Services; Aware that the collection and processing of Personal Data on the Internet must respect the fundamental rights of individuals, Voissy undertakes that any processing of personal data on the voissy.com Site complies with the law relating to IT, files and freedoms.

The User has a right of access and a right to rectify or delete Personal Data concerning him.

Voissy undertakes to make its best to protect Personal Data, to prevent them from being distorted, damaged or communicated to third parties, to ensure the anonymous processing of your responses to surveys and to inform you of any changes in Terms.
